You have the right to return products purchased from us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. This return period begins from the day you receive the goods or, in the case of multiple goods delivered separately, from the day you receive the last item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return request must be initiated within the 14-day return period

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by factors beyond our control are not eligible for return.

Cost of Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we have made an error in your order, you will be responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount if we provide a return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, item description, and reason for return
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation

  6. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
  7. Retain your shipping receipt as proof of return

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature or legal requirements:

  • Customized or personalized items that have been specifically made to your specifications
  • Perishable goods or items that deteriorate quickly
  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped or within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return rather than a cancellation.

If you cancel an order before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If the order has already been processed for shipment, you may still cancel, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs once the item is received.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing time. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

If your return is rejected because it does not meet our return conditions, we will contact you to discuss the situation. You may be required to pay return shipping to have the item sent back to you.
